For the past 20+ years I have been blessed to be able to travel the world sharing music and meditation at a long list of festivals, retreats, conferences and concerts.
I have had the opportunity to explore many different spiritual paths and cultures which have all inspired and now been woven together into a unique tapestry that is my offering.

As a sannyasin of the Indian mystic, Osho, I have been committed to a life where meditation plays a central role. I have worked with plant medicine from the Amazon and with the wisdom of ancient Hawaiían traditions and feel very inspired by many different indigenous cultures. In South India I experienced a profound shift in consciousness whilst going through a 21 Day Process and was initiated to facilitate energy transmission also known as, Deeksha. Through my travels I have tasted many different flavours of prayer and meditation which all have their own unique qualities. And yet, I experience the same essence in all of them. It was that same essence that I longed to experience already as a child and somehow felt I could best connect to through performing arts growing up - especially in song and dance. This has always been where I could “lose myself” and completely surrender to some bigger energy.

After 18 years abroad I returned to my Nordic roots in Denmark at the end of 2019. Landing here has brought me back in touch with the deep memories of past generations embedded in my dna, and I cherish the ancient feel of the North which is spilling into the music that comes through me these days.

On my journey out there in the big world I have met so many incredible people who have shared so much wisdom. I have been lucky to sing with so many amazing musicians all over the world and been taken in to so many homes filled with love. I have truly experienced exactly how awesome humans are. When we connect heart to heart we realise that we really are one Family. I am so, so grateful for every single meeting and excited about all those beautiful meetings still to come.
